WITTEK PARTNERS is a corporate law firm specialized in providing employers and executives with the highest level of legal services in particular in the field of labor and employment law.

WITTEK PARTNERS consists of a highly qualified and specialized team with many years of experience in advising domestic and foreign companies, entrepreneurs and C-level executives and expats on labor and employment law. All our partners have worked for many years in leading international law firms or Big Four firms and are characterized by a strong commercial understanding.

In addition to providing continuous advice on labor and employment law as well as HR compliance, we focus on advising and assisting in complex restructurings and reorganizations as well as corporate transactions. Dr. Wolfgang Wittek

Before founding WITTEK PARTNERS, Dr. Wolfgang Wittek worked for many years in leading international law firms in the field of Labor and Employment Law (Allen & Overy, Hamburg and New York, and Noerr, Hamburg, most recently as an Associated Partner).

Due to his many years of experience in advising clients, Wolfgang Wittek has extensive experience in all aspects of Labor and Employment Law, in particular in advising domestic and foreign companies, entrepreneurs and C-level executives. His focus is on advising on complex restructurings and operational changes as well as on Labor and Employment Law issues at the interface with corporate law, in particular in the context of corporate transactions and reorganizations. In addition, he has special expertise in separation scenarios with executives as well as difficult legal disputes. Thanks to his keen understanding of negotiations, he is able to resolve even complex situations in the best interests of his clients.

Henning Schröder has worked as an attorney for many years. He initially began his career in a mid-sized law firm and moved from there to EY. His focus is on advising on corporate, labor and tax law as well as civil law issues.
