With a team led by Henning Schröder, König, Kreft & Partner advised the shareholders of MAM-Bau GmbH & Co. KG on the sale of the company, which specializes on underground cable construction, paving work and underground construction, to Circet Deutschland Holding SE, the German subsidiary of the French Circet Group. Circet is the leading telecom network service provider in Europe. MAM-Bau GmbH & Co. KG, headquartered in Ibbenbüren, currently employs around 80 people, supervises over 400 employees as subcontractors and generated a turnover of over 50 million euros in 2022.

The sellers were advised on labor and employment law topics by WITTEK PARTNERS, a Hamburg based law firm specialized on labor and employment law, recently founded by Dr. Wolfgang Wittek, former Associated Partner at Noerr, Henning Schröder and Hans-Joachim Wittek.

This was the fourth mid-size M&A transaction in a row for KKP in the last six months.
