The competent consumer arbitration board within the meaning of Sec. 36 VSBG for property disputes arising from a client-lawyer relationship is the arbitration board of the legal profession, Neue Gründstraße 17, 10179 Berlin; also available at www.schlichtungsstelle-der-rechtsanwaltschaft.de.

WITTEK PARTNERS does not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
